seeing their is a reminder of what is really in your eyes.

No one likes to get anything in there eyes, we protect our eyes we wear shades to keep the ray from shinning in our eyes so we can see, we wear goggles when we swim so the chlorine won't irritate our eyes, we must a sleep mask on at night so we don't let the street lights shine in as we sleep.

We can probably think of allot of ways to protect our eyes, and where did we get this protection from? We know when you are around a sick person with a cold we are not to rub our eyes after touching something of theirs otherwise we will get sick. But today I want to talk about something else that is in our eyes that we don't think much about and that is a "plunk or speck" it's founded in Matthew 7:5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.

How come we see others faults so quickly that we over look the one that is most important our own? Do we think we are really better then others and I am not talking about those who are saved, because somewhere in your journey you and I was a sinner before we found God. And so here we are still looking at someone else speck in their eyes but totally ignore that big huge one sitting in ours. Does it make a sense of achievement when we see others sin and faults? Something causes us to do this and so we need to really take a hard look at ourselves and find out the reason, because if truth be told some how we have placed a band aid over it and suppress it so far down that we don't even know what it look like any more. And that is the shameful part, not knowing.

Today I challenge you before you judge and look at your spouse or your children faults stop and look at yours first and after you get yours taken care of I bet you won't see their, it's always easy to see others when we don't want to look at ours, seeing their is a reminder of what is really in your eyes...AMEN

This is absolutely one of my favorite verses, and one I try so hard to follow. No two people have traveled the same path, so who are we to judge other people's life styles or background? God's love and grace is intended for us all, and even though we are different, we can all be united because the love of God unites all Christians! Amen!:)

Love this post Desiray. and thanks for your sweet comment!

Excellent truth: Ya know I shared this with my Sunday school class several weeks back and what the LORD revealed to me was if I would but see through the Blood of the Lamb I could but not see anything but a person that He died for and love them: The Name of the LORD is within everyone ... it is just held captive by the powers of darkness, hate and death in so many.....Truth comes to set the Name free....thank you thank you thank you for your much inspiration in my life.

It's something I know I have to be reminded of my husband when we first got married would tell me this all the time, and so it made me look within myself now he doesn't say it no more, thank God for his mercy towards me

Life is all about finding God

God gives us the answers to life's hardest questions. Life itself is very challenging and often times it pulls us from one spectrum to the next. It's like being in a whirl-wind and not knowing what to do next. The key to the whirl-wind is found in Jesus.

And so we ask ourselves some pretty heavy questions for instance: Do I have to follow every rule in the bible, do I have to go to church, will I make God angry with me, I have doubts about Christians, do I have to read the bible everyday, must I pray..etc

Living a Spirit Full Life

For a Christian our main ingredient of living a Spirit Full life is "Discipleship" a disciple lay down one's life and follow Christ. It's an outer appearance of what has taken place on the inside of a person. A disciple abides in the word...if you hold to my teachings you are really my disciples....John 8:31 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says....James 1:22
